Every sales role you can do from home: setters, closers and full-cycle sales in the DACH region, each listing with its pay and requirements.

Setters qualify prospects and book meetings, closers run the closing calls, and full-cycle sales people do both, from first contact to signature. All three now run mostly over phone and video, which makes sales one of the easiest jobs to do from home.
How remote sales is paid
Most roles here are freelance engagements on commission: a share of the deal, a fixed amount per qualified appointment, or both. Permanent positions also state a base salary. Every listing shows how it pays and, where it is commission, the size of a typical deal, so the percentage means something.
What remote sales takes
On the technical side a laptop, a headset and a stable connection are enough. What matters more is organising yourself: fixed blocks for calls, a clean CRM and reliable follow-up. In an office a forgotten follow-up gets noticed; at home only you notice.
What to settle before a remote engagement
Agree before you start where the leads come from, when you need to be reachable and how closed deals are verified. With commission, that includes when it is due: at signature or only once the client pays. Having that in writing prevents the argument later.
